Processing Time
All orders are made to order and carefully prepared with love.
- Handmade & all-natural items: 1–3 weeks processing time
- Custom items (tumblers, personalized products): 2–6 weeks processing time
Processing time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order before it ships. This does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, typical delivery times are:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or provided through your order confirmation. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High order volume during sales or holidays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
